Appartamento a Fiumaretta

We asked for a partial discount after a frightening mix-up, but the manager refused to accept real responsibility and called our request “blackmail.” The amount itself was trivial to us; what mattered was accountability. During self-check-in late in the evening, we were sent to an apartment that another family was already using. We had children with us, and another family’s children were put at risk too. Luckily, we realized something was wrong before reaching the bedroom where they were sleeping. The manager then directed us to an empty apartment, and its door code was easy to guess. There was rotting food waste in the bin. This left us feeling that the company cared about our money, not our safety or satisfaction. It manages several properties in the area, and I’d urge people to avoid it. Staying here felt unsafe.

We had to find another hotel after being left outside at midnight, tired from our flight and unsure where we were. The gate code we’d been given didn’t work, and the hosts ignored our calls and messages. We tried again the next day to ask for our money back, but heard nothing. We were out of pocket and felt scammed. Booking this place turned into a stressful, deeply unpleasant experience. Don’t book it.

A great family holiday spot, with lovely apartments and a perfect location.

The apartment had all the facilities we needed, and we had a great family holiday there. Its best feature is how close it is to the public sandy beach in Fiumaretta, just a five-minute walk.
