This farmhouse has a lovely view from the hill, and the apartment is well equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. It's very clean, and they also pay attention to separating waste. Breakfast made by the hostess is well worth recommending, especially the homemade jams and cakes. The layout has an upstairs bedroom with its own bathroom, plus two downstairs bedrooms sharing a bathroom, with the living room and kitchen downstairs too. It works well for a big family, grandparents and parents with children, or three couples of friends. With other group setups, privacy may be limited, or you may have to take turns using the downstairs kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The hospitality is superb.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and sitting by the fireplace made it even nicer. Mrs. Angela was kind and available right away. The farmhouse was spotless and well looked after, surrounded by nature. It was only a brief stop on our way to Naples, but left us with a lovely memory and a great start to the holiday. We'll definitely return. Thank you, Mrs. Angela.

We had a peaceful, lovely stay, with an excellent breakfast and a swimming pool to relax by. The property was clean, and Angela's friendly, professional care made us feel well looked after. The Casale sits among Umbrian vineyards and olive groves, away from the usual routes but still near plenty of attractions. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Angela was genuinely welcoming and kind, and happily suggested places to eat and things to see. Our room felt inviting, with its bathroom just outside, and breakfast was homemade. This beautiful stone farmhouse is well placed for Amelia and Narni, as well as the Lazio border around Viterbo, including Monte Cimino, Attigliano, and Bomarzo. See you soon!

Angela was cheerful, kind, and always helpful, and she pointed us toward some lovely itineraries. The place is clean, relaxing, and welcoming, the kind of spot you fall in love with. I can't wait to return!!!!
