Hotel Colibrì

The staff made the stay for us: they were warm and professional, helpful without hovering. We’d happily stay here again when we return to Finale. The hotel is very clean inside, with spacious hallways and rooms kept carefully tidy. Its position is great too, close to the seafront and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast has a generous range of sweet and savory options, plus an area for guests with celiac disease. There’s also a billiards table and a reading area. Thanks, Anna and Fabrizio.

The rooftop terrace on the fourth floor was a real bonus, with loungers and chairs and views over the town center on one side and the sea on the other. Breakfast was a feast: pastries, croissants, cakes, pies, doughnuts, pancakes, biscuits, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and two coffee machines. I’m more of a savory breakfast person, and there was toast and bread with ham, turkey, cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, carrots, sausages, and scrambled or fried eggs. I’ve rarely seen a spread this generous. The staff were lovely, smiling and happy to share useful information. The price is a little high, but fair for what’s offered, though next time I might book earlier to save some money. It’s also close to everything, just steps from the center and the sea, with some free parking spaces. When I’m back in Finale Ligure, I know where I’ll stay. ❤️ Thanks!

The owner is kind and always around if you need anything. Breakfast is a highlight, especially the homemade cakes, and there’s a panoramic terrace for sunbathing. It’s a straightforward but efficient hotel. I’ll be back from Turin.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, though a bit dated and with a few small flaws. It’s near the sea, and for a weekend away the overall stay was acceptable.
