Riolinciano14 B&B

Bellissimo! We spent our honeymoon at Rio Linciano 14 and loved it. The room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and we could use the terrace and living room throughout the day. A few minutes' walk gets you to central Anacapri, while the bus stop for Faro and Grotta Azura is a few hundred meters away. Mariolina was so kind and gave us ideas for things to see and do. Breakfast was very good, especially on the shaded terrace with its stunning ocean view. We’d definitely stay here again when we return to Capri.

We were left wondering how we would manage after arriving with all our luggage, having taken a ferry and taxi, to find the B&B apparently closed. We called the number on the website and spoke to someone who seemed to be the owner. We had our printed booking details and confirmation number, but he said there was no reservation for us. After we repeated the information, he seemed flustered and asked if he could call back. We told him we were outside the property, then he hung up and never called back. Luckily, an owner from another nearby B&B came out and offered us a place to stay. He said the owner of Riolinciano had called him to admit he’d forgotten about our booking. I don't know what we would have done without that help. We've never been stranded like that before, and found it especially rude to be told we had no booking and then hung up on. This was our worst B&B or hotel experience while traveling, and we would NEVER recommend booking here. We had reserved for November 9, 2023 and received confirmation, so beware.

My best friend and I came to celebrate my birthday, and the stay felt magical. The view is incredible, and the place itself is so nice. Our host, an older woman named mariolina, was sweet and very polite. We'll absolutely stay there again on our next visit to the island. :)

The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were beautiful. There were lovely views from the balconies and shared spaces.
