We had a fantastic holiday here. The owner was attentive and helpful, and the apartment was cozy and spacious, with the option to relax or eat outside. It’s a quiet place, suitable for families with children and dogs, and the view is magnificent, as shown in the last two photos. The farmhouse is on the road to Ancona, well located for visiting the best beaches and trails in Conero Park.

The owners are warm and welcoming, and many beaches along the Conero Riviera are easy to get to. The property itself is peaceful and has lovely views. Recommended for a holiday.

The location is perfect, but the farmhouse could use some work, especially the outdoor areas, which need much more attention. There’s no air conditioning, and it’s unfortunately become hard to do without. The first-floor French windows don’t have bars, and with no air conditioning, sleeping at night gets difficult when it’s hot.

We had a great vacation, and the apartment had everything we needed. Its location also made it easy to explore the best beaches around Conero. Still, some things need attention. Since the house has no air conditioning, window screens feel like the bare minimum in this rural area. Several giant hornets came inside in the evenings, along with mosquitoes. Also, the website gave us the impression that the farm stay and accommodation were connected, and that they made their own products. The activities are actually quite separate, and the woman who welcomed us couldn’t tell us much about buying those products. A few improvements would help, but we did enjoy the holiday.
