The staff were incredibly friendly, and we had a lovely, large room among the vineyards. Breakfast was special and really comfortable, served either in the room or out on the terrace.

We spent five days here and it felt like a dream. The rooms are beautiful and well cared for, and breakfast comes with fresh, healthy products. It’s a peaceful, quiet setting, with the best beaches in Conero around 5-10 minutes away by car, or 20 minutes at most.

It’s a beautiful place in the hills, with the beaches only a few kilometers away. Sirolo is about 20 minutes by car, and there’s a top-notch pizzeria and restaurant just down the little road beside the garden. For what you get in Ancona at this time of year, the price is very affordable. It’s a good spot to relax away from the crowds. Covered parking is a real plus, and we’ll probably return. A few small things held this to three stars for me. The room has no air conditioning, and the fan barely moves the air. I’m not expecting air conditioning, but a decent fan would cost €50-60 and seems like a reasonable investment. With mosquitoes, insects, and cockroaches around on an open hillside, leaving the windows open at night isn’t really an option. That makes the heat worse and the room feel almost suffocating. We also found three centipedes on the wall. Since they’re poisonous to people, that could lead to an unpleasant incident. Window screens seem essential here. Breakfast didn’t match the photos on Booking.com or the booking confirmation email, which showed pastries, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Instead, we got a croissant with milk and hard fruit that was completely out of season. We had to wait until 8 a.m., apparently because it couldn’t be served earlier, which made it harder to get a table by the sea. There were two opened, half-drunk bottles of water in the minibar, and no capsules for the coffee machine, so it couldn’t be used. Honestly, bring something from home or the supermarket, and try to head out by 7:30 or 8 a.m. to get a table. The beaches here don’t just fill up, they’re literally overflowing with Christians. The place has great value for its price and location, and taking care of these few little things could make it one of the best.

The owners are passionate about the business and give you a quiet introduction to their world. The staff at both the pizzeria and restaurant are knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. A special thanks to Aleandro for looking after us and making breakfast feel like a treat. The farmhouse is in a beautiful part of Conero National Park, with beaches only a few kilometers away by car. It has a winery making quality wines from its own grapes, mostly Dorico along with other reds and whites, and the tasting is worth trying. There’s also a pizzeria and restaurant serving excellent food with plenty of ingredients from the garden or nearby, plus olive oil made on site. The B&B rooms are a little separate from the rest, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning. If it’s not 38 degrees Celsius outside, though, you should be fine.

The view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere made it easy to unwind. We toured the winery and had a tasting, then enjoyed dinner and stayed at the farmhouse. Excellent food, lovely wine, and impeccable service. I’d highly recommend the experience and hope to be back soon.
