The owner was warm and caring, and the breakfast was delicious. I’d love to have the recipe for that bread! The place is beautiful, like a postcard, and the bedroom was cute and very clean. The problem was how much noise came through the walls. I could hear someone snoring, another guest opening a suitcase, and even their alarm. The mattress also seemed too old and was uncomfortable.

We stayed two nights in the annex at this charming place surrounded by greenery. Our rooms were cozy, clean, and well looked after. Natacha, the owner, was lovely, and even our 8-year-old son was impressed by how kind she was. Don’t miss the breakfast, it was super tasty and authentic. We’d highly recommend it and will definitely return when we’re in the area.

I especially liked the jams at breakfast. The rooms are welcoming, and the lady who runs the place is always available. It’s a secluded property that works well for a relaxing holiday or unwinding after a day at work. I’ll stay here again if I’m in the area.

The quiet setting among greenery is a real plus, and breakfast is served under a pergola. Il Glicine sits in the hills, 10-15 km from Ancona, overlooking the village of Offagna. The atmosphere, room, and amenities are reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was quite good, but very limited. There was no option to get extra portions without paying a fee, as the reservation form for breakfast the next morning indicated. Especially in summer, it’s a downside that there’s no refrigerator available for guests, even a shared one. The only way to use one is in the apartment owned by the B&B manager’s mother, and you have to ask the owner each time.
