The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hotel can arrange rides from the airport and to the port, which worked really well for our cruise from Civitavecchia. We'd definitely come back.

We booked seven rooms for the whole family. Everything was newly renovated and really clean, and breakfast was good. The staff were lovely and friendly. The pizza place right next door was delicious too. We'd definitely recommend it.

The owner was so kind and generous. I stayed one night while driving through, and the place was beautiful, fresh and clean. Would happily recommend it.

The place was clean and they served a continental breakfast. Vicky was kind about accommodating some of my breakfast requests, and Alessandro, our taxi driver, was on time at the airport and really pleasant. Monia stayed in touch with us right up until we arrived, arranged transport from the airport to the hotel and then to the cruise terminal, and let us into our room early when we got there before check-in. My husband was hungry, so she brought us a small snack. We had forgotten our phone adapter and she lent us hers. She also gave us suggestions for places to eat nearby. We tried the pizza place across the street, and it was really good. We'll use them again if we're back there. Customer service here was outstanding!
