The location is great, with two nearby piers and plenty of good places to eat within 100 yards. The train station is easy to reach, though carrying heavy roller bags up the stairs could be a problem. There are 29 steps to the four lovely rooms at Bianca Guesthouse, and only rooms 1-3 have a sea view. A full grocery store is about 300 yards away.

Bianca is a warm, thoughtful host with plenty of local tips, and staying here felt like being welcomed into a home in a lovely corner of Italy. The room was bright and inviting, with the sea right outside the window and waves to wake up to. Restaurants, cafés, small shops and the port are all an easy walk away. Even the big wooden entrance door adds to the storybook feel, like stepping somewhere where time slows down and the sea breeze is part of the stay.

The location and view are both amazing, and Bianca kindly let us check in early when our plane arrived ahead of time, which was really nice. The stairs were the one unwelcome surprise for me, especially since I'd recently had back surgery. I recommend the place!

A really good alternative to a hotel. The location is ideal, just 50 meters from the beach, and the place is modern and clean. Everything worked perfectly, including the fully equipped kitchen. I'd absolutely recommend it anytime 😊

Bianca is the best host you'll ever have! The place is brand new for 2025 and, for me, the best place to stay in vivitavecchia.
