Maira and her husband made our stay so enjoyable. Out of our six stays in Italy, they were easily the most accommodating hosts. Maira kept in touch, checked that we had what we needed, and shared excellent suggestions for food, the beach and groceries. She even offered fresh towels and a tidy-up during our short visit. The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and the bed wasn't very comfortable for my husband because of his bad back. That came down to our own expectations and his medical situation, rather than anything the host did. Their hospitality still went well beyond what we'd expected.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and the terrace has a lovely view. There are activities, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Getting to the port and town may mean taking a bus. The nearby beaches are okay, but they're rocky, so beach shoes are a good idea.

We liked it so much that we booked an extra night straight away, and thankfully it was available. Maira welcomed us so warmly and even upgraded us for free to the larger room. It looks even better in person than in the photos, with lovely decor and everything we needed. The air conditioning was new, the bathroom was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Maira also suggested nearby places to eat and places to find different essentials, which we really appreciated. Exactly what you want from an overnight stay. She exceeded our expectations.

The owner greeted us so kindly and was very accommodating, even bringing us drinks and coffee. She also shared lots of useful information. We had a great one-night stay, and the place was exceptionally clean. I'd recommend it and would definitely consider staying again.
