The building has a lift, which was a nice plus. The room was spacious and very clean, and Francesco welcomed us warmly and took time to explain what was nearby. There are food spots, restaurants and groceries close by, and it's a walk to the shuttle bus for Largo della pace, where you catch the ride to the cruise terminal. Very convenient, and we'd highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed Port Civitavecchia more than expected during our pre-cruise stay, and the room helped make it that way. It was spotless, including the bathroom. The manager was really helpful with restaurant suggestions and arranging rides to and from the airport and cruise terminal. Since we were arriving from abroad, the communication was excellent. Breakfast was simple, with coffee and a few light snacks in the room, but it did the job.

We had a first-class welcome, and the person who greeted us was knowledgeable and helpful. The in-room breakfast had a good range of choices. The bathroom was basic but good, and everything was very clean. Just right for our one night before the cruise.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The room was clean, and the central location made it easy to get to both the beach and the train. Francesco the owner was friendly and went out of his way to help me feel welcome. He was quick to share useful information about getting around town and places to visit. It's also close to the port where cruise ships arrive, so I'd definitely recommend it.
