Casa Bilo

Loved the view from the window, and the location is amazing. The rooms were really clean too!

We stayed at this B&B for one night. The man who handled check-in was friendly, welcoming, and helpful when we arrived. The cold room made things uncomfortable, though, especially the freezing bathroom. We asked if the air conditioning could be turned up or the radiators switched on, but were told that “local regulations” made that impossible. It's a shame, because better heating management could have made the stay much more pleasant.

The owner has nothing to say, but the place is badly maintained and dirty. The whole property smells, and the sheets and towels don't seem clean either. The room and bathroom are rundown, the television only works partly, and the shower won't close.

We booked the whole apartment for four people, but on arrival we were given just one room, one bed, and one piece of furniture. He also made us pay the tourist tax. There were four of us, yet the man controlled the air conditioning and had blocked it so we couldn't adjust it ourselves. The service was terrible, and I can't recommend this place at all.
