Parking inside the building was a plus. The room had several problems, though: the Wi-Fi didn't work, the hairdryer kept cutting in and out, and the little fan was noisy and hardly useful. The bathroom had no window, and with bulbs missing by the mirror, it was impossible to see properly. The towels also weren't replaced during the week.

The owner welcomed me warmly and shared useful tips for an evening in Ancona. The B&B is beautifully renovated in a rustic style, right in the center, and the reserved parking inside the building has a handy remote-controlled barrier. Guests can use the well-equipped kitchen to make and eat breakfast. I would suggest more attention to cleaning less visible spots, like the tops of the door frames, and the bathroom could use traditional towel racks. Still, it's a very welcoming place and I'd recommend it.

There was no hot water from the evening, and breakfast was just packaged cookies. The room was small, with linen that didn't feel fresh and a sheet too small for the mattress, so it kept slipping off. It worked for a single night, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The room and bathroom were clean, though a bit cramped. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were part of the price. Breakfast could be handled better, and it would be nice if guests could make their own coffee and cappuccino.
