Giovanna and Chiara were so friendly and helpful. The B&B sits in a quiet green area, handy for Numana, Sirolo, and the beaches. Our room was cozy and spotless, and breakfast had a great range of choices, especially the homemade desserts. We only had three days there, which was a shame, but we'll definitely return! :)

We spent a week here and loved it. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was generous, and the hillside location is peaceful and only steps from the sea. Giovanna and Chiara are wonderful, extremely kind, and always helpful. The one downside is the little road up to the property. It needs some work, and not everyone drives an off-road vehicle! The garden breakfast and the peaceful greenery made this a lovely stay, with Sirolo and Numana just a short distance away. My family and I felt at home thanks to Giovanna and her dogs, Fiocco, Matilda, and Fanni. The rooms and bathrooms felt nearly new, everything was cared for, and the staff were so friendly. I’d happily recommend it.

We had a great stay with our dog. Giovanna greeted us warmly and gave us all the details we needed, and the staff were lovely too. The room was spotless and fresh, and we enjoyed having an outdoor sitting area for breakfast and downtime, surrounded by the green Marche hills. We’d love to come back soon.
