I booked through Expedia while driving from Germany, mainly because the listing said there was parking on site. After a ten-hour drive, I arrived late in the evening and was told there was no parking there, so I had to look for a space on the street in the blue-line zones. That was difficult and took a long time. Then I was put in room 112, which was so noisy I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. When I raised it with staff, they said the noise was normal and didn’t try to move me or otherwise help. There were other room problems too: the toilet kept running, the caulking needed repair, and the shower drain was loose. I travel a lot, and this was my worst hotel experience so far. I don’t recommend this property.

The room was on the small side, but it was clean and modern. Service was about what you’d expect, nothing special, while the location was brilliant: 15 minutes on foot to the beach, 15 minutes to the cathedral, and the marina just down the road. All in all, a good hotel in a great spot.

The rooms stayed clean and cool, and breakfast was a real highlight. You can walk to the main park and the start of Ancona’s main walking district in under ten minutes, while still being far enough away to avoid the crowds at 2am. It feels like a proper hidden gem, with a good price too. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good hotel.

We had a lovely stay here. After a long, hot day, the clean, cozy room and its AC made it a comfortable place to come back to. The bathroom was on the small side, but it was kept in good shape and worked fine. Breakfast was really tasty, and the hotel staff were always kind and ready to help.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean, conveniently near the city center, and good value. The room’s toilet area was awkward, though: its glass door didn’t close all the way, so there wasn’t much privacy.
