The team were very nice, and the hotel was spotless and well kept despite the old building. The stairway comes as a strange surprise, which is often the case in Ancona, especially when you have luggage. There is a path at the back that lets you avoid the stairs.

The receptionist was amazing and extremely helpful. The location was nice, and the beds and everything else were clean.

Booked a single room at the last minute for a solo trip. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the room was nicely equipped. The staff were very friendly, and they’ll make you an espresso at breakfast if you ask.

The bed was clean and well kept, though the room itself was small, which seems standard in Italy. We got lost trying to find the hotel, then lost our way again, so a taxi from the train station might be easier. The staff were really nice and helpful. They spoke enough English to point us to Rosa Ristorante and help with directions for our cruise.

We had a good room, although it was a little small. The hotel manager was very helpful, and the location is central, close to the port.
