The kids' club was fantastic. Thanks to the women who took care of our children, we could leave them there on their own. We had a wonderful week, spending afternoons and evenings at the hotel and enjoying its typical mountain-hotel atmosphere. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is a family-run three-star hotel in a good spot at the village entrance. The free bus for hotel guests stops just steps away, and Rindole slope is a 15-minute walk. You can also walk to the municipal swimming pool, which is a must-see, as well as a playground with sleds and an ice-skating rink. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety, while dinner was decent. Some rooms are a little dated, though others have been renovated recently. For me, it’s an ideal way to enjoy an authentic mountain stay.

With its range of amenities and welcoming feel, this hotel is a great pick for families with kids. It’s right in the town center.

Dinner service was good, but the buffet was crowded and portions were so small that you could miss out. Plates and bread were often unavailable. Breakfast ran out by 8:20 a.m., and the restaurant service was mediocre. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, though room service was good.

The long dinners were a real struggle with the kids. At a family hotel, I expected some care for children who need to eat early, within an hour at most. Instead, dinner started at 7:30 PM and ran past 10:00 PM. We never made it to the end. The food was a bit gourmet, but I was most disappointed that we couldn’t choose local dishes. On the 14th, when we couldn’t pick the menu, we got fish. Fish in Andalo, no thanks! We chose this place from August 11 to 17, 2025, because it’s a family hotel and is attached to Andalo Life. We have three children, aged 16 months, 6 years, and 9 years. The rooms were spotless and nicer than we expected. The only flaw was that there was no bidet cleaner. There’s a mini club, basically a well-equipped playroom where kids can play and spend time with others. Two staff members supervise it from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, then again from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM. Outside, there’s just a small structure with two slides.
