The staff were what made my six days at Hotel Cavallino feel so special. Everyone was gentle, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt genuinely looked after. The hotel was spotless, the pool was lovely, and the atmosphere was peaceful. I also had a massage that left me deeply relaxed. Eating away from home can be tricky for me because I'm vegetarian and allergic to milk and soy. Even on the fixed-menu festive dinners on December 24th and 25th, they made a separate meal for me. Breakfast and high tea were customized every day too, and the care that went into each meal meant a lot. I appreciated the personal attention throughout my stay and would happily return to Hotel Cavallino.

The rooms were warm and cozy, with a great view, and we got the holiday we had hoped for. The hotel is near the slopes and two lifts. A bus takes you to the ski rental for equipment. We paid 160,00 eur for three sets, 2 + 1 children, for a week. We especially liked the restaurant. The food was good, four times a day, and the restaurant staff were super, especially Guido, 10+ balls. The bar staff, information staff, and room staff were good too. Our room was cleaned regularly, and the sheets and towels were changed. The spa is comfortable, though small, and the price felt fair for what it offers. There's also a small gym and a large children's room with very friendly animators. We were very happy to have spent our holiday in Cavalline. The service was so pleasant and attentive, from the maids to the hotel owners. Leaving was hard because of that. We haven't had room service or work quality like this anywhere else.
