The wellness area has a sauna, steam bath, hot herbal room, and pools, including a separate one for very small children. The main pool is smaller than I’d expected for a hotel like this, but it’s good for kids. I did miss having a cold plunge; the cold showers were really lukewarm and didn’t have the same effect. We stayed at Cristallo for a week in summer and liked it a lot. It’s family-owned, and the staff were very nice. The food was good, honest home cooking. Vincenzo ran a lovely program for the children, keeping everyone involved and full of energy. The kids loved him. The hotel is close to the cable car, which didn’t disturb our stay, and there are plenty of guest parking spaces nearby, many of them semi-covered. We’d recommend the place.

The bed in our room, 447, was uncomfortable, and the mattress needs replacing. Still, we plan to stay again next year. The location beside the gondola is excellent, the wellness area is nice, and it works well for families, with a playroom and children’s pool. The staff were very friendly, especially Dario and Maria.

We loved our week here. There’s secure ski storage, great restaurant food, and a nice pub where the Aperol spritz drinks are delicious and refreshing. The gondola is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Hotel Cristallo made our winter Christmas holiday comfortable and easy. The staff were kind and quick to help, and the children’s entertainment was a real bonus. The hotel is right next to the slopes. A wonderful family holiday in a festive winter setting.

The position works extremely well for skiers, and there are excellent facilities for children and people who don’t ski. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful.
