Sonia, the Nido leader, and her team made our son’s first time at a Nido feel easy for us. We were nervous at first, but Sonia’s warm, professional manner and genuine care quickly put us at ease. Our son loved going, and we always felt he was being looked after attentively and safely. The hotel also handled his gluten-free needs flawlessly, which we really appreciated. Piz Galin is in an ideal spot, with excellent food and a relaxing, well-kept spa. We had an excellent stay and found it to be a wonderful family hotel with great service and childcare. Highly recommended.

The kids’ club had plenty for them to do, and there were lots of activities nearby too. We liked the room setup for our two kids, the food was tasty, and service was quick. Awesome stay, we’ll be back.

The food was amazing, with a three-course dinner you could put together each evening from three or four options for each course. It’s nothing like a cheap buffet. The kids’ club looks after the children, leaving you time to enjoy the spa. They’ve got everything planned, so if that suits you, just relax and let them guide you.

We’re already making plans for another winter holiday after our second year here with the family. The family-like atmosphere, kids’ club access, food, service, and customer care have all been great. Thanks to Max (the owner), Lorena (receptionist), Laura (kids’ club organizer), Giancarlo (spa), and every staff member who made our stay unforgettable. See you next year!

The excursions included in the hotel price were beautiful, and the food was good. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so well organized, and both the childcare and activities were outstanding.
