The kids were clearly a priority here, and their disco was a real highlight, run by a dedicated team. We also ate well, there was plenty of food, and the staff were lovely. The only downside was the strong cleaning-product smell in our room. It had us sneezing nonstop.

Andalo is right on the doorstep, with easy access to the Dolomites, which made the location especially handy. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a cosy, comfortable, clean hotel. The children's club was great, and there were activities for adults too.

We spent a fantastic week here as a family, and I’d give it 5 out of 5. The hotel is in central Andalo, at 1,300 metres above sea level, and close to the ski facilities. The spa was lovely, especially the outdoor pool, and the little kids’ pool was cute and suited to young children. The rooms and other facilities were cool, too. The food was excellent, and the staff were polite throughout. A special thank you to Mr Steven, Ms Giulia, and Mr Matteo at the kids’ miniclub for the great entertainment, and to Mr Michele in the restaurant for outstanding service. Thanks to everyone for making it such an unforgettable stay. The hotel was super clean, with amazing kids’ entertainment and a great miniclub.
