The restaurant alone made the stay memorable: breakfast was fabulous, and the gourmet dinners introduced me to all sorts of flavors. I had several very good meat dishes, and there were plenty of vegetarian choices too. After five nights at Adlernest, I was glad I’d found this gem. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the setting works well for couples and families. It’s close to the ski resort, with a ski bus across the street, a ski room, and free parking. Merano is about 25-30 minutes away by car, with a nice Christmas fair in December. I’d like to come back in summer. 5/5, highly recommend.

We stopped at the hotel restaurant for an unplanned dinner with friends during a motor trip. The waiter was extremely friendly, and the food was exquisite. The location was just perfect, the best in the region.
