The location is perfect, and for somewhere just to sleep it was great value. We only stayed one night and arrived at 2 am, but getting in was easy with the electronic codes. The room was fine, though it looked onto a closed industrial courtyard that you could walk into directly from the room. There wasn't another window besides that door. The bathroom water pressure was very strong, and we found the bed a little uncomfortable.
Our reservation was confirmed with the option to pay cash at the property, as the picture also shows. I messaged them on WhatsApp the day before to let them know when we'd arrive, but got no reply. Then, while we were on our way to the apartments after landing in Cagliari, the booking was cancelled because they said cash payment at the property wasn't possible. When I called, they told me there was no reservation and no rooms available.
A welcoming place with nice hospitality. I'd recommend it.
Good value for money, with a central location opposite the train station. It was handy for the airport, beach and city centre. The rooms are modern, spacious and beautiful, and the service was courteous and attentive.
It's close to the train and bus stations, and they do offer paid luggage storage since you can't leave your bags at the property early. Aside from that, renting remotely felt sterile: no one ever came in person, the doors use codes, and there wasn't even a city map waiting. Instead they sent a WhatsApp message with some kind of ad for conventional places. I didn't think the price was worth it.
