Affittacamere "B&B Il Ventre di Napoli"

The room was gorgeous, with lovely decor, just-right lighting, and the most comfortable bed. We had our best night's sleep in Italy there. There's also a self-service caffè machine in the hall. The location is excellent, across the street from the Museum of Archeology and about a 10-minute walk from the nightlife city centre, cathedrals, sights, and restaurants with amazing food. We loved stepping out onto the balcony to watch the street life from a distance and take in the city lights. The concierge, whose name I sadly can't remember, was incredibly nice and helpful. The key was tricky to use, and we worried the creaking apartment door may have disturbed other guests, but those are easy fixes and didn't affect our stay. We definitely recommend this B&B for a few nights in Naples. We wished we could have stayed longer on our short Italian trip.

Avoid this place. We were charged and then moved to a smaller room at a sister location because no rooms were available after the air conditioning broke down. The room was very small, there was no phone reception, and the Wi-Fi apparently hasn't worked for months.

Ludovica was the best part of the stay. She was so friendly, always smiling, and went out of her way to help, including pointing out places to see while we were visiting. The rooms are quite nice and the location is right in the city center. There's a hospital nearby, so you hear lots of sirens, but that's nobody's fault.

The outside of the building is a bit rough, but inside I had a nice, large room. The location is good, and Marco provided excellent service. He was very friendly and helpful.
