NapoliCentro Suite - Duomo Apartment

Once we’d booked the apartment and sent the money, they stopped responding. They’d given us three ways to get in touch, but none worked. Nobody answered the phone on Whatsapp or replied to email. Our holiday was ruined, and the family is upset. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The apartment was spotless, even the sheets smelled lovely, and the staff were both professional and really friendly. It’s in a quiet part of Naples’ historic center, with beautiful old buildings around, and bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, including Michele's, only a short walk away. Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo are just steps away too. The central station and port are about five minutes away. Highly recommend!

Marco made us feel welcome right away, leaving a basket of local and other goodies, including milk and cookies for the kids. He was friendly and helpful throughout, with suggestions for sights and places to try typical Neapolitan food. The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean, and smelled fresh. It’s also well placed, a short walk from Naples center and the central station. We stayed last weekend with our two children, and Marco was a fantastic host.

Marco was kind and always on hand, even helping us park just steps from the apartment and sharing tips for authentic Neapolitan food. The place is in the center, on a peaceful street close to Spaccanapoli. Its two bedrooms are large and bright, with big windows and a balcony looking over the city. We slept incredibly well on the comfortable mattresses and pillows. Recently renovated, with high quality furnishings and finishes throughout. The cleanliness was better than a five-star hotel, and the sheets smelled great. We’ll definitely come back.
