The sauna in our room was a real treat, and breakfast was varied, tasty, and high quality. After I mentioned my food allergies on the first day, there was a wide range of food to suit my needs the next morning. We stayed ten days and never felt cramped. The room was very large and comfortable, even by American standards, and everything was extremely clean, including the hallways and dining area during ski season. Housekeeping was impeccable. All the staff were lovely, hardworking, and easy to deal with, even when we had a language barrier. The hotel is very central to the ski lift, pool, ice skating, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Fantastic place, highly recommend it.

We’ve just returned from a four-night long weekend, and we’ll be booking again next year. The apartment was excellent, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a lounge and dining area, and two balconies. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for ski hire, the ski bus and lifts, restaurants, and shops. It was nice and quiet at night.
