Residence Viola

We had a good week here in the summer with the family. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with a microwave and dishwasher, and there's a washing machine in the shared area that takes paid tokens. The pool deserves five stars, and the service was wonderfully kind and flexible. They even let us change our dates at very short notice. The location worked well too, since the steep Palestra del cuore stairs lead straight to Andalo Life Park.

The rooms are quite small and don't have much storage space. When we arrived, the room was cold because the owner had only turned the heating on a few minutes beforehand. The bathroom layout was awkward too: the toilet was right against the shower, so we could hardly sit on it. We ended up using the toilet by the pool, where it was normally positioned. There were good points as well. The house is opposite a ski bus stop and only a five-minute walk from the town center. It has a pool, playground, and laundry, and you can park right outside. That made it easy to bring things into the room and store our ski gear in the ski room.

The ski bus stop is less than 50 meters away, and Andalo center takes 8-10 minutes to reach on foot. The small pool and indoor play area for children were nice, but the saunas were closed. The apartments could use some renovation soon. Parking spaces are very tight, with cars parked close together, and my car got scratched.

We had a lovely stay and would come back. The staff were professional and very helpful, the place felt welcoming and clean, and there was everything we needed. The heated pool was a real bonus, especially for the price.
