The terrace view is stunning, and good beaches, bars, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The owner was kind. Our room was nothing special, but it was very clean and had good air conditioning. They don’t serve breakfast, though coffee and snacks are available, which worked for us.

We ended up in Andora after a long drive and looked for somewhere to stay. Booking showed us this albergo, a little pricey, but the view looked great, so we walked up the hill. The clerk showed us a room that was stuffy and past its best, though acceptable. Then we found out breakfast wasn’t included as the listing said, and in fact the hotel serves none at all. The price was still 160€. It took us a few minutes to take that in, but when we said we’d accept the room, the man said he only wanted happy customers, refused to give it to us, and walked away. Wow. Even in the corona year, some places seem not to need customers, despite being overpriced and outdated.

Mr. Giovanni gave us a warm welcome and was both kind and professional. This is a lovely little hotel near the sea. The decor has a vintage feel, which adds to its charm, and it still has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, simple, and efficient.
