I bring groups here when they want to explore places around Andria, and this hotel makes a great base. It's also well located in the center of Andrea, just a short walk from a lively area full of bars and restaurants. The staff have always been helpful and quick to respond to what we need. Highly recommended!

Graziana really helped us out when we were struggling with transport, and everyone we met was warm, welcoming and keen to help. The Crystal palace itself is basic, but clean and comfortable. Thanks, Graziana.

Kitchen, restaurant, reception and rooms all seemed well organized. The staff were there to help whenever needed, so I’d recommend staying here.

6/10
The hotel is tucked away and the dining room felt small for the number of guests. Meals were satisfactory, though breakfast service was a little odd. The staff were helpful, the place was clean, and the amenities were great.

The place was clean and quiet, and the people I met were very kind. I was there for repair work, so I can’t really comment on the prices.
