You’ll need a car to get there, but once you arrive there’s plenty of nature, a pool, and a great spot for unwinding with friends. I stayed one night in one of the rooms and was pleasantly surprised. It’s in a fantastic location and very good value.

My wife and I were after some real peace and quiet, and found it here completely. Agriturismo Borgo del Senatore feels like a fairytale, with greenery and silence all around, a lovely escape from the usual daily rush. Everything is cared for, and there’s a calm feeling in every corner. The owners were kind and always available, and made us feel at home right away. It’s a great choice for couples wanting to unwind. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

The apartment is roomy, attractive, and well maintained, but our stay was made much less relaxing by what we found inside. In just one day there were about 15 bedbugs, some alive and some dead, especially in the kitchen and even among the breakfast items. I understand that a farmhouse surrounded by greenery can have bugs indoors, but this was a lot.

The scenery is stunning, with lush nature and a rare sense of peace. It would be a lovely place to relax if the apartment had been in better shape. There were cobwebs everywhere and it seemed neglected; the shower was worn out and badly needed maintenance. The bathroom had no window, and its broken fan made it feel unpleasant and unhygienic.
