A wonderful place if you're looking to relax. The apartments are very large and comfortable, and the owners are wonderful. It's older style, so don't expect modern decor, but we had an amazing impression and a great, comfortable stay.👌🤩

Anghiari is the closest town, small and cozy, and we had a great time there. The villa is on a hill with a romantic view over the valley, decorated with paintings, traditional furniture, and old books. Paula is a very friendly and helpful owner. We also relaxed by the swimming pool in these lovely surroundings. Arezzo is a 20-minute drive, and Siena takes 1 hour 20 minutes. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful, magical place.

The location means a quick grocery run isn't really possible. There's a restaurant within walking distance, but it only opens on certain evenings and isn't really suited to children. Other amenities are a 20-minute drive away. The apartment was as described, quite simply furnished but generally adequate. One frustration was the loose electrical outlets, which kept cutting the power, and the insect screens were only partly attached. At night we had to choose between sweating or getting bitten by mosquitoes. Still, we had a lovely, relaxing time together. The place is very quiet, with several houses and apartments, and the owners were friendly. The pool was spotless and perfectly heated, and big enough to share without a problem. Getting there involves a steep uphill drive, but the spot is beautiful and idyllic.

Our group of 10 had a proper Italian week in this beautifully kept old manor house. The pool was the highlight for the grandchildren, and the various towns and villages were all easy to reach by car. A wonderful Tuscan holiday. We'll definitely be back.

We were so pleased with our stay at this beautiful place, and highly recommend it. During the second half of August, even in a heatwave, there was often a pleasant breeze. The photos match what you find, and the peace and quiet made it easy to relax, including wonderful evenings under the stars until midnight. Though the clean, beautiful pool is shared, I felt we had it to ourselves throughout our 10-day stay. It's a great base for sightseeing, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious local food at affordable prices.
