I felt at home and still had a couple of days left, so I really didn't want to leave. The pool was clean, and there was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy whenever we wanted. Our rooms were lovely and clean, with lots of towels and toiletries. Every staff member was so nice, from reception and housekeeping to the woman serving and handling the restaurant. They answered all our questions, translated the menu, made changes for us, and gave directions. I had no problems at all and totally recommend it.

The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help us. We stayed with family and had a great time: the food was delicious, the pool was lovely and quiet, and there's a beautiful beach a short walk away. I'd come back in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone. See you next year!

The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the room suited what I needed. Everything was very clean, with enough towels. They had the air conditioning on when I arrived, which was a thoughtful touch during the heat wave, and the room was already at a comfortable temperature. There was also a bottle of water on the bedside chest. I'd definitely recommend the place and come back. Thanks!

The best part was being welcomed like a local. Nobody bothered us, so it was relaxing, and the friendly hotel staff managed to understand what we needed even though they couldn't speak English. The facilities feel like they're from the '80s. There's a nice little beach just a two-minute walk away, free to use, and the restaurant by the beach is worth trying for its wonderful dinner starter.

I called reception about my sick sister's cancellation, which had been unresolved for two weeks. The receptionist couldn't speak English and hung up on me. You'd expect at least basic English from a hotel receptionist. It was very frustrating.
