I felt very well treated and looked after here, and I'd love to come back. The hotel is close to the city center, with a great sea view and easy beach access. The rooms are cozy and spacious, with large private bathrooms, and the cleaning and hygiene are excellent, with rooms tidied daily. The staff are friendly and cooperative. The breakfast is plentiful and tasty, especially the homemade pancakes. The barman makes an excellent espresso and serves it with a smile all day long.

It's a great location and very clean, but the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast was quite poor too, mostly sweet choices, no vegetables, and a very limited selection.

The homemade cakes are worth trying, and breakfast was delicious. The little hotel is beautiful and sits right in Anzio's walkable center, beside the beach. The food display behind a glass case also made it feel very Covid safe. We had an exceptional stay.

There isn't parking, though public lots were available out of season. The location is excellent, and the rooms are nice and functional, but housekeeping needs to improve. The Italian breakfast was just OK. Eugenio made the best cappuccino we had in Anzio and was welcoming and cheerful.

It can get a bit noisy in the evening because of people on the seafront promenade. Picking a garden-facing room solves that, though you lose the view. The hotel faces the sea and mixes classic style, including a nice garden behind the building, with refurbished rooms. Breakfast was fair and the staff were nice.
