Tucked into a quiet part of Anzio's historic center, this lovely apartment is only a very short walk from the beach. It feels spacious and airy, has air conditioning, and comes with two nice terraces.

The staff were the best, and the location was great for restaurants. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked well, which mattered a lot. The Airbnb was roomy too. Best one I've been to, five stars, would recommend it to anyone.

Francesca handled our rental and was easy to reach whenever we had questions or needed help planning trips. She speaks very good English and even arranged our beach sunbeds ahead of time. The house felt welcoming, and the Capannina beach was only 100m away, with a nice pool and a very good restaurant where we watched the sunset over dinner. The beach and restaurant staff were friendly. We stayed two weeks in summer with our two kids, aged 4 and 9, and had a wonderful holiday. The small house was lovely and very clean, and we'd highly recommend it.

We had a great time in this holiday home. Francesca made us feel welcome and was helpful, and the local beaches were good. There's parking onsite, though I'd recommend bringing a car. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were 3 adults and 2 kids and all fit comfortably. The beach is literally 100m away, and everything felt safe, clean, and new. Excellent place.
