The road noise was awful, and the place was dirty, old, and disgusting. The room and bed felt old, the shower was old and dirty, and the room wasn't clean at all. Even the terrace. Don't expect a good breakfast either, since everything comes wrapped. I can't recommend it as an option. It's nowhere near a 4.6, more like a 2. It's about 2 km from the train station and at least 1 km from the beach. There's a busy road right by the house, and you can hear it from the room. Don't go here under any circumstances.

The rooms are huge, with big ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, a minibar, and breakfast brought to the room. Isabella was always kind and smiling, and the friendly host was available with tips on where to go and eat. We had a great stay and will definitely return. Recommended to everyone.

There are bars, restaurants, and pizzerias close by, with the center of Lavinio and the beach just a few steps away. Our room was very large, had an ensuite bathroom, and a terrace where we could have breakfast. Really nice.

The road by the house gets a lot of traffic, and the dog barks constantly. We were very disappointed with the service, and the owner was really rude. The beach is very far away. Don't stay here!

Shops are right outside, the sea is just a few minutes away on foot, and the rooms have more than the basic essentials. Tell the host what you'd like for breakfast. Highly recommend it, and I'll definitely come back.
