The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and professional, and answered all our questions. Breakfast was better than I expected and quite good. The room looked worn and a bit shabby, but the towels and linen were very clean. The location near the train station works well for a short visit.

It was a great surprise for the price. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was small but perfectly good. The staff were great, especially Martina, who was very helpful. You can come straight from the rail station, walk a few metres, and leave your luggage. Getting around was easy, with transport to the funicular and buses to Bagnoregio, Viterbo, and elsewhere. I really don’t know why the hotel’s rating isn’t at least an 8.

The rooms aren’t especially large, but they’re comfortable for the price. The windows have a nice view, and the hotel is close to all sorts of public transport, which makes it useful for getting around the city.

It’s a very affordable hotel, and the service is simple but good. The attendants were kind and available. The location works well too, close to both the highway and the Orvieto parking.
