The hotel feels dated, though the staff were pleasant enough. It took 8-10 minutes for hot water to reach our room. There’s no restaurant unless a group of 20 or more books ahead, and no restaurants are within walking distance.

The location is handy for visiting Orvieto. I walked there and it took about 25 minutes. Service was very nice, and the room I stayed in was okay, though I wasn’t expecting much.

We were a family of four passing through Ovietto, and the hotel suited us perfectly for a late check-in and a morning departure. Great value for money. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was just right, with really tasty Croissants. We had everything we needed.

The place is a bit run down, and the shower cabin is tiny. There’s an unused chapel that’s part of the main lobby, which is a little sad to see. Still, it was clean, parking was good, and breakfast was decent.

It’s in Sferracavallo, not Orvieto, which worked in my favor because parking in Orvieto city centre is impossible. The hotel has a big parking lot, a paddle court, a church, and plenty of other amenities. It’s old fashioned, so vintage lovers may find it a paradise. I also appreciated the quick check-in, large room, clean toilet, and marble stairs.
