The location is right in the heart of the little town of Orvieto, and the view from the roof window was amazing. The apartment has a lovely Tuscan style that gives the B&B a beautiful atmosphere. The whole house was very clean and tidy, and the lady was kind and helpful. A splendid experience, recommended!

Louis met us at the agreed spot and guided us to our reserved parking space. We stayed for three nights and couldn't have been happier. It's a lovely guest house, with updated, clean bathrooms and a very comfortable king-size bed. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Orvieto.

I've stayed here twice already and would come back anytime. Valentina and her team are great hosts, greeting you with friendly attitudes and open smiles. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent mattresses and linens, and the location is right in the heart of Orvieto.

The staff were really accommodating. They helped us with great dining suggestions and even joined in looking for a cell phone. The room was clean and comfortable, and it's an easy walk to both the sights and transportation. Great location, highly recommend!

A wash cloth isn't provided, so bring your own. The mini fridge is restocked every day, though, and the room is very comfortable. Staff are courteous and helpful. The place is on a nice, quiet via, one block from Piazza Del Popolo, with shops, the Duomo, and cafes all well placed nearby. The price is hard to believe. Very nice place to stay, highly recommend.
