We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this was the worst hospitality we’ve run into anywhere. At check-in, they threw the hotel information and city map at us. Later, as we were going out for the evening, we were aggressively shouted at and told we had to leave our room key at reception. We were uneasy about doing that because there was no safe in the room. The proprietor then yelled that our choices were to stay in our room all evening or leave the hotel after handing over the key. He was screaming, shaking, and verbally abusive. He also refused to give us the air conditioning remote, saying it was only 20 degrees outside, even though air conditioning is advertised on the hotel's website. I told him and the company we booked through that customers should be able to trust the listed services and know what they’re paying for. I would never recommend this place or its aggressive, threatening, rude family. Stay away.

We paid €100 a night for a place in a quiet old street, perfectly situated in Aosta. Parking was close by, and the pedestrian street with restaurants and shops was less than a five-minute walk away. The staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the rooms were large with a view. The bathroom was small but did the job. Highly recommend.

The owners were friendly, helpful, and very courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi and cable TV. Breakfast was fine, though nothing to get excited about. The downtown location worked well, and the historic center was an easy walk away.

Clean, comfortable place in a great spot. Good breakfast too, and the staff were helpful and professional. If I’m back in Aosta, I’d check here first. What more do you need?
