Le Reve Charmant Apartments

Our stay in this lovely apartment was only two days, unfortunately. Everything matched the description, and Tatiana communicated promptly. Thanks!

We had trouble finding parking when we arrived. The paid spot was near the Decumanus, inside Aosta's old Roman walls. The room opened straight onto the B&B's ground-floor living room, which felt awkward because of the possibility of noise or conversation. The accommodation itself seemed like a later addition originally meant for another use. We decided to add a day, but the room wasn't available, so for an extra fee we moved to a small apartment on the other side of the city. On the recommendation, we used a free public parking lot that wasn't part of the hotel. On arrival, we only paid for the time needed to unload our bags, then looked for a space near the Leper's Tower. We had to wait for one to open up. We spent the second day in a clean, well-furnished, welcoming apartment near two interesting sites, the Paleo-Christian church and the Sant'Orso complex. It was also just a stone's throw from both the Arch and the Praetorian Gate. The location and furnishings made it good value. There were some heating problems and a few other minor issues, which I felt should have been reflected in a lower cost. The service was efficient. We could take possession and use the apartment without anyone present, following a video tutorial sent by email on the day we arrived. It offered plenty of independence and suited a family of four, including two children.

Everything impressed us, from the furnishings and little details to the location and the welcome. The breakfast was truly breathtaking. Thanks, Eleonora, for making our weekend special. The best of the best!

The apartments are modern, and the view is stunning. There are bakeries, bars, and restaurants close by, though you won't find a supermarket nearby. Getting there by car isn't possible, which is a downside.
