Casa Melograno is set among lovely little towns where we found the kind of authentic Italian feel that can be hard to come by elsewhere. We ate at several nearby restaurants, and the locals were always so welcoming. I can’t wait to visit again. The house itself has been thoughtfully arranged to fit into the beautiful Italian countryside while still being practical. With several kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms, it’s ideal for families or groups of friends. I couldn’t recommend it more.

We had a great time eating outdoors in the garden, and the pool was lovely for cooling off. Casa Melograno is a beautifully restored old brick house with gorgeous decor and incredible views across the rolling Italian hills. The place felt really private, and Montefelcino has plenty of little eateries where you can get authentic Italian pizza and pasta. I’ll absolutely be back!

It’s a lovely property, and the local housekeepers are friendly. The remote management company, though, is comically ineffective and totally unprofessional, adding no value for guests.

A very nice, roomy house with a good kitchen and a garden. It’s made up of two separate halves, though it’s rented as one. The rental process is generally very easy. Some of the way in is on rather small, winding roads, but there are also good paved roads, especially if you come from the south.
