Waking up to the sunrise over the mountains was magical, and I especially loved the view. The renovated apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed to cook. A lovely place to stay while visiting Valle d'Aosta.

The host was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. It's a small accommodation with a large bed and kitchenette, suited to a solo traveler or a couple. The setting is quiet and rural, a few kilometers outside the city, with parking just below the room. The bathroom ventilation fan can be noisy at times.

The village of Excenex is peaceful and has wonderful views, which make up for the fact that it's quite a bit higher than Aosta and costs you about 10 minutes on the slopes. We stayed five nights and would definitely come back. A flight delay meant we missed one night, but we were offered the chance to enjoy it. Everything was very clean. Crevacol is worth a visit for a beginner-friendly, family-friendly ski outing, about a 25-minute drive away.

The owner greeted us with exceptional warmth and professionalism. Our room even had a jar of honey from her bees, which was truly exceptional, and a pair of slippers. The accommodation was very nice, clean, and in a quiet spot. Highly recommended.
