Maurizio and his partner are wonderful, sweet, and kind in every way, and they run the property so well. The apartments are clean and new. They also gave us a fantastic evening with the other residents: fabulous pizza, lots of fun, and time to relax. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The village people we met on holiday were all lovely, and the Umbrian-Marche hinterland made a fabulous setting for our 15 days. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home, thanks again to Maurizio and his whole family. Maurizio manages the place impeccably. He’s cheerful, friendly, welcoming, and convivial, and always available whenever you need him. I could go on and on. We’ll be back.

Spotlessly clean throughout, with a lovely apartment and pool. Maurizio and his family gave us a friendly welcome, and we had a fun party during our stay with pizza made by Maurizio. The location is beautiful, and we had a wonderful holiday. We’ll definitely return.
