The family who runs this place made it especially hard to leave. They’re warm, helpful, and fun to chat with, while still giving you space. We were greeted with cookies, juice, and really delicious coffee, and they were quick to sort out anything that needed fixing. There are plenty of quiet corners in the garden for reading, working on a laptop, or having a coffee. WiFi reaches some of them and the connection is decent. The clean pool has lots of loungers and a sunshade. Our room was clean, nicely equipped, and had everything we needed to cook. It’s peaceful around here, with lovely walks and bike rides nearby. There’s also a beautiful artificial lake close by where you can swim or stop at the bar. We really didn’t want to head home.

We had two wonderful weeks here. The owners were kind and welcoming, and our apartment was comfortable. The saltwater pool was clean, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. I’d happily recommend it.

The setting is a highlight, with a huge garden and a lovely view over the Marche hills. The pool works for both adults and children and has loungers and umbrellas. Our apartment felt spacious and cozy, with everything needed for cooking. Mimmo, Lilli, and Scottex made us feel welcome with smiles, tarts, and cookies, but never hovered. The location also makes it easy to get around: Cingoli, the lake, the adventure park, and the water park are about 10 minutes away, while Fabriano and Frasassi take around half an hour. There are several nearby wineries selling Verdicchio directly, which is a nice option for wine lovers. A lovely stay, highly recommended.

This agriturismo is a peaceful base for exploring both the Marche hinterland and the Conero Riviera, with a beautiful, relaxing landscape around it. There’s also a small saltwater pool for a restful day in. The owner and his family are genuinely down-to-earth and helpful, and do their best to make guests feel at home. A remarkable spot in the Marche hills. Definitely recommended.

Mimmo is attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. We’ll be back to this peaceful little haven. The apartments are simple but well cared for, and the views are priceless. It’s also a great base for visiting the many beautiful places in the Marche region. One warning: don’t try Mimmo's wife's jams and tarts unless you’re ready to get hooked. They’re addictive.
