The rooms feel cramped, and noise carries clearly from the neighboring rooms, including doors being unlocked and opened or closed. We ended up using the safe for the first time all holiday because we didn't feel our things were secure in the rooms. The setting is next to a power station and truck yard, which the hotel photos seem to conceal. At the pool, local young people who were friends with the bartender were allowed to use the facilities and take the premium sunbeds that paying guests could otherwise use. They were loud and obnoxious, making it hard to relax. This doesn't feel like the luxury four-star hotel it claims to be, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The pool was lovely, though the house-style music played quite loudly the whole time. Staff were amazing, and the pool itself was great. Breakfast and the rooms were nice too. It's a lovely location and works well if you have a car for getting into town. One thing to know: the kitchen and our drain pipes made so much noise that sleeping past 8:30 was impossible. If you plan to sleep in, bring earplugs.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and breakfast was freshly prepared for us and really good. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this little gem.

We felt so well looked after that we'd come back in a heartbeat. The grounds were magnificent, and breakfast was delicious. Antonella was a real sweetheart, and Tom, thank you so much for your help. It was a beautiful place with gorgeous, friendly, helpful staff. Grazie mille. I was sad to leave, and I wish you many years of success.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the breakfast was homemade with everything fresh. A great place for a holiday, with an adorable pool and garden.
