Fantastic!

Firmeleinhof in Missian (Eppan on the Wine Route), South Tyrol, has a special historic feel. Set among vineyards, orchards, and hills above Eppan, it looks out over the South Tyrolean mountains and the Bolzano Basin. The estate has stood here for centuries, and its thick walls give the place a calm, secure atmosphere. Large windows bring in the landscape, while the restored apartments mix old character with modern comforts. The apartments come in several styles, from a cozy ground-floor unit to a bright attic apartment and a larger first-floor one. They have practical layouts for families or groups, kitchens, comfortable living areas, and a private terrace or balcony. There’s high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, and garden access, which would suit longer stays or remote work. A bread delivery service and thoughtful extras add to the welcome, and the mountain views are a treat each morning. With vineyards, forests, and orchards nearby, it’s a good base for walks, bike rides, and exploring the region. You could stroll to Hocheppan and Boymont Castles, take a day trip to the Dolomites, or visit local wineries. At the farm, guests can see farm life and animals, and try fresh products such as juice and fruit, something children in particular may enjoy. For a comfortable stay with nature and local character, Firmeleinhof is a lovely address. The setting is idyllic, and there’s plenty to do around the area. It seems well suited to couples and families looking for a relaxed stay and time outdoors.

We loved the incredible views of Bolzano and the Schlern mountain. The holiday apartments had everything we needed, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location for walks, and the local products they sell are well worth trying.
