Going to Wastl's for dinner with friends recently was awful. I don’t drink alcohol, and the owner made rude comments about that. The decor felt uninspiring, straight out of the 70s, and the prices were ridiculously high: €10 for a piece of toast and €13 for goulash soup.

The grounds were lovely and kept in good shape, and breakfast was good. We felt very comfortable at Gasthof Wastl. We booked while traveling and were allowed to check into our room early. The owner was hospitable and suggested a wonderful route for our Vespas. Thank you!
