The modern decor was about the only positive. My bed was uncomfortable, the pool was packed, there were no free sunbeds or changing rooms, and a bathrobe cost €5. Nearly everything that would normally come with a 4-star hotel had an extra charge. The toiletries were sparse, and the place doesn't feel up to a 4-star standard. Parking was inadequate too. There was only one restaurant open, from 7 a.m., with no entertainment and no information about nearby attractions. Check-in took 25 minutes because just one receptionist was working, and the staff spoke very limited English. Wi-Fi kept dropping and was extremely slow. Customer service was very poor!!! I had a Booking.com reservation marked pay at the property, but was charged almost £40 more than the confirmed price. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

A great hotel right next to the ski hill, with a nice pool that works both indoors and outdoors.

The ski equipment and accessibility were quite good, and the dinners were the best part, with an interesting range of dishes. But we couldn't use the playroom or swimming pool for our little kid, even though we'd asked ahead. The manager didn't want to speak with us, and the other staff seemed able to handle only very simple tasks. They came across as unfriendly and incompetent. Breakfast was repetitive, and mouldy butter was served every day. Our room was basic, though the bed was comfortable; the bathroom was tiny and its shower corner leaked and had mould. Some compensation or even free drinks might have made this less bitter, but we didn't even get a simple SORRY. It was a terrible experience, more like a 2-star hotel.

There were plenty of people at reception, but the service still felt below standard for a supposed 4-star hotel. I was given the wrong bus times, missed the bus, and then missed my train. My room had a very small single bed, especially for the high rate, and it was extremely hot with no way to adjust the temperature. The shampoo, soap, and other toiletries were tiny, barely enough for one shower a day. By international standards, this isn't a 4-star hotel. Only the prices are. Not recommended.
