We worked here every day and loved the food, wine, and fast WiFi. The service was sensational and the welcome so warm. Esther deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to help us. If we come back to Aprica, we'll definitely stay here again. The best, love it!

The rooms don't match the photos. The ones left out of the pictures were in terrible shape. Four of us were squeezed into a small room that was mostly taken up by the bed, and the TV didn't even have a remote.

The waiters couldn't really speak English, and we waited an hour and fifteen minutes for our food. The apartment doors weren't in great shape either. Dessert was ice cream that tasted bitter, maybe intentionally, but it wasn't very tasty.

The bedding is another concern: my daughter says nearly all of it has cigarette burns. She’s on a school trip there now, and the meals have been awful every day. She usually enjoys food and is quite a foodie, so this has really surprised her. After spending all day on the ski slopes, the teens come back to food like this. It’s disgusting.

The room for the five of us was beautiful, and having breakfast there helped us feel calm and full of energy. The hotel was so welcoming. I also liked the traditional decor and the lovely staff.
