Our booking was cancelled just three weeks before the trip. It completely spoiled the surprise I’d planned for my husband’s 50th birthday. So inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Staff were really nice, and the room was cleaned every day. The location near Vatican City was convenient, and it was good value for the money.

This feels like a scam. I paid first, then had to wait out on the street because nobody was at reception and no one picked up the phone. The response to customers couldn’t have been worse.

I’m beyond upset with the hostel and the way I was treated. It couldn’t have been worse. I regret paying before I arrived.

They cancelled my booking due to maintenance, though they did try their best to help me.
